Saturday's sequence started well and ended...not so well. Not much to say about it beyond that; other than to point out that the second half winners were, needless to say, deserving of more consideration than they received from me, and from the betting public. Roman Rush had shown good early speed against classier competition his last time out; while Arch Anthem had a recent in the money finish against more expensive stock.
Oh well; onto the next race.
Meanwhile, those who had the correct Late Pick Four sequence of 1 / 5 / 8 / 4 were rewarded with a payout of $1,824.95 for their fifty cent wager. May God bless them as they spend their winnings.
