Positives from Saturday's play included having the wherewithal to not single # 3 Brandothebartender (1.60*) in the $50k Albany Stakes. I also nearly got longshot and "B" Selection # 2 Munn She's Pretty (19.50) home in the nightcap, as Munn She's Pretty had the lead in the stretch before having to settle for the Place behind fellow "B" Selection This Is the One. But as welcome as the positives were, they could not overcome the negative of not having Lolo Paniolo on the big ticket, thus making Saturday a day for me to contribute instead of collect.
Oh well; onto the next race.
Meanwhile, those who had the correct Late Pick Four sequence of 3 / 6 / 2 / 10 were rewarded with a payout of $209.95 for their fifty cent wager. May God bless them as they spend their winnings.
