Friday night was Oklahoma Classics Night at Remington Park, and hopeful all of you got to watch and enjoy 2015 Oklahoma Derby winner Shotgun Kowboy win the Oklahoma Classics Cup for the fourth year in a row. Congrats to Shotgun Kowboy and Owner, Breeder, and Trainer C.R. Trout on an outstanding accomplishment. And with that news from Friday we move on to Saturday, as I take another run at The Primetime Pick Four at Remington Park.

As is typical for Claiming Races at Remington Park, the price for Oklahoma breds is higher than it is for the rest of the field. So if you're looking to purchase Smart Pioneer, City All Star, Mr. Nickels, and/or Tenspeed, you'll need to pony up an additional $2.5k above the $15k that the other runners are selling for.
Right Lane Lukasz and Molleck look best here, as both were recent winners against classier competition. I'm giving the edge to Right Lane Lukasz because I think Right Lane Lukasz' late running style fits well in this field filled with front runners. All other contestants will be used in my play as backup "C" Selections.

These are juveniles, but none are making their debut here. Code Runner, trained by Steve Asmussen, ships in after two starts in Kentucky. Code Runner showed good early foot in his debut; perhaps he'll flash that speed again tonight.
Slew Tang Clan took the Place at this class level last time out. Interesting to note that Slew Tang Clan and Code Runner were both sired by Honor Code. Mists of Time took the Show at this class level two starts back; and Mists of Time should improve with the return to the main track. The backup "C" Selections are the rest of the field.

C H Jay took the Place at this class level last time out. Major Brown could move up with the drop in class and the return to the main track. Lord Stratton and Bernardian are two that could benefit from the cutback in distance. The backup "C" Selections are everyone else.
