Getting my big ticket single home to kick things off certainly made for an excellent beginning to the sequence. However, Much Better proved to be the only one of my big ticket selections to find their way to the winner's circle, making for a not so complimentary commentary on my handicapping on the day. So, bottom line is that a wonderful beginning followed by three straight misses made Saturday a day for me to contribute instead of collect.
Oh well; onto the next race.
