Our single in the opening leg, # 4 My Jealous (2.40) was certainly game, leading the field most of the way from out of the gate and into the stretch; but he couldn't last until the wire and had to settle for the Place, two and a quarter lengths behind the winner, Skip Tony. And that two and a quarter lengths was the difference today between us cashing or trashing our tickets, as we had all the other winners the rest of the way.
Oh well; onto the next race.
