Not one of our better days of handicapping. Our single in the opening leg, # 6 Tiz a Kiss (2.10*), was the last runner to cross under the wire in the Grade 3 Megahertz. We used more than half the field in the third leg, and we not only missed the winner, but we missed the Place finisher as well. Likewise for the nightcap, where we had no part of either half of the Exacta. Not much to say after a day like that except:
Oh well; onto the next race.
Meanwhile, those who had the correct Late Pick Four sequence of 2 / 9 / 9 / 7 were rewarded with a payout of $533.95 for their fifty cent wager. May God bless them as they spend their winnings.
