Race 6 - # 6 Be a Lady (Final Odds 5.50) - "B" Selection
Race 7 - # 9 Pearl de Vere (2.70*) - "A" Selection
Race 8 - # 5 Cautious Giant (3.40) - "B" Selection
Race 9 - # 6 Individual Design (8.90) - "C" Selection

Our results today combined a couple of themes with which we've unfortunately have become much too familiar.  We had 'em all, but not all on the same ticket; and we found ourselves on the wrong end of a pair of photo finishes.  # 7 Star of Munster (9.20), one of our three "A" Selections in the opening leg, was just a nose behind Be a Lady at the wire; while the margin of defeat for # 12 Kafister (3.40*), our single "A" Selection in Race 8, was even smaller.  Flip those results and we get to cash one of our "Three A's with One C" tickets.

Oh well; onto the next race.

For the record, here are the $0.50 Will Pays for the three runners to which we were alive in the finale:

# 1 Bench Ruling (5.20) - $297.75 Finish: 7th
# 2 Bar Car (10.10) - $1038.45 Finish: 5th
# 3 Flyin for a Livin (7.00) - $463.75 Finish: 6th

But such was not to be.

Meanwhile, those who had the correct Pick Four sequence of  6 / 9 / 5 / 6  were rewarded with a payout of $865.50 for their fifty cent wager.  May God bless them as they spend their winnings.
